Registration Fees

 Student Fee*    1.900 DKK  /  255 EUR
 *Only for medical students, PhD students and junior doctors . Valid student ID much be shown upon request.        
         
Until July 1st:        
Early Bird Registration Fee           2.200 DKK  / 295 EUR
         
Between July 2nd and September 1st:        
Regular Registration Fee       2.500 DKK  / 335 DKK
         
From September 2nd:        
Late Registration Fee         2.700 DKK  / 362 EUR

 

Payments and invoices will be made in Danish Kroner. 1 EUR is approx. 7,45 DKK. 

 

The following items are included in the participant fee:

Attendance to all sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks during conference days.

Welcome Reception is included, but pre-registration for the reception is required to attend.

 

Please note that VAT is not added on congress payments in Denmark and can therefore not be deducted.

  

Payment

Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to DNS-MAYO, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

  • Bank transfer to account no. 4180 4180782605 (DNS-MAYO 2026). IBAN DK5030004180782605. Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2, DK-1090 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
  • Online Credit Card.
  • Electronic invoice (EAN). A handling fee of 60 DKK will be charged. (Only for Danish delegates).
    • If the EAN invoice is rejected due to incorrect information, such as an invalid EAN number or address, an additional fee of 160 DKK will be applied.

IMPORTANT: All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.


The invoice number must be used as a reference when a transfer is made.

 

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be emailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please ensure to show your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility to ensure that all details, such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservations, dates of arrival and departure, etc., are accurate and in accordance with your wishes. We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of charge.

Until and including August 1st, you are able to cancel your registration fee and get it refunded minus an administration fee of 500 DKK.

After August 1st it is not possible to cancel your registration without full payment of the registration fee.

No-shows are not entitled to a refund.

Liability and Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to secure their own travel and health insurance to cover any potential illness or accidents before and during the conference. Please note that the Organizers and the Congress Secretariat will not be held liable for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event.
