Update on Nephrology 2026
Mayo Clinic Symposium in Copenhagen

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to Update on Nephrology 2026 – Mayo Clinic Symposium in Copenhagen, the first Danish meeting jointly organized by the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA, and the Danish Society of Nephrology.

This symposium will bring together leading international experts and clinicians with an interest in nephrology to discuss the current status of diagnostics and treatment across the major fields of nephrology, as well as related disciplines within internal medicine. The programme is designed to reflect state-of-the-art developments in patient care, with a strong interdisciplinary perspective and a focus on clinical relevance.

The meeting will feature several internationally renowned speakers and will provide a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, discuss complex cases, and engage in meaningful dialogue with colleagues from the Mayo Clinic and across Scandinavia.

The symposium will take place in the heart of Copenhagen, overlooking the city’s iconic lakes and within walking distance of many of the capital’s landmarks, including the historic Tivoli Gardens. In September, when Copenhagen often shows itself from its most beautiful side, we hope you will join us for inspiring scientific discussions and valuable networking in one of Europe’s most charming capitals.

Designed as an expert meeting with ample time for discussion and interaction, the symposium offers a unique platform for professional exchange between specialists and younger physicians with a shared interest in nephrology.

We look forward to welcoming you to Copenhagen in September 2026.

Yours sincerely,

Dorthe Mørck Mortensen & Bo Broberg
